(Third parties personal data disclosure): personal data may be shared with associations, institutions, public or private authorities, national or international, to natural or legal persons, also in an instrumental way, for the correct fulfillment of the entire or part of the assignment. During the enrollment in a volunteering project, your personal data – with the exception of any sensitive, health and legal data – will be disclosed to other parties belonging to or adhering to the partnership with our structure, with the aim of fulfilling the service that MilanoAltruista makes available as an intermediary.

(Processing method): the treatment will be carried out manually and / or in an automated form, respecting the prescriptions dictated by the aforementioned regulation, so as to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorized access or unauthorized treatment, in accordance with the purposes of the collection.
4. (Need for the provision of data): the provision of personal data is essential for the fulfillment of the mandate. Any refusal to communicate this information, as well as failure to sign the consent referred to in the first point, will make it impossible to carry out the required institutional activity.
